If you are currently ready to purchase a home here is what I recommend you do first

1. E-mail me and make contact.  I will send a relocation packet of information on the Las Vegas area for you to review.

2. Call my local lender: Evergreen Home loans or Prime Lending and get pre-qualified for a home loan.  This will tell you what your buying power is.

3.  I will set  you up on an automatic program to send you listings of homes per e-mail.

4.  Let me know in advance what your travel dates are to house hunt, so I can put you on my calendar and allow enough time to help you find a home.  I can get real busy!

5.  Once you get here I will be ready to take you house hunting.  Once we find a property and get an accepted offer our next step is a home inspection.

6.  Once the inspection is over the seller will supply us with the Home Association documents, if any, for your approval.

7.  We will do a walk thru of the property 3-5 days before closing.

8.  We finish getting your loan papers in order, then once the lender sends the documents to the title company we will be ready to sign loan docs.  The lender will fund the loan, you will bring in any money you need at closing and it will record with the city.

Now the house is yours!
